Founder
Yevgeny Melnik founded D74 Technologies in September 2025 after twelve years inside freight: truck driver, broker, operations manager, warehouse manager, security consultant. The progression made one thing visible — the gap between the entity that is authorized and the entity that actually shows up at the dock. D74 closes that gap with data.
